Method of fill rate evaluation and demand calculation for lognormal component commonality

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of fill rate evaluation and demand calculation of lognormal component commonality, the life of lognormal components is approximated to gamma distribution by using the principle of average life and variance approximation, and the fill rate evaluation model of lognormal component commonality is established. Combined with the constraint of spare parts fill rate index, the demand calculation of lognormal component commonality is carried out. The simulation analysis combined with an example shows that when the logarithmic standard deviation of life is low, the lognormal component commonality fill rate evaluation model established in this paper has high evaluation accuracy and can evaluate the lognormal component commonality spare parts configuration project with different life distributions. The calculation method of spare parts demand can accurately give the lognormal component commonality configuration project under the constraint of spare parts fill rate index, so as to avoid over configuration. The proposed model and the calculation method of spare parts demand can provide theoretical support for the equipment support department to evaluate and determine the lognormal component commonality configuration project.
