Abstract:

Aiming at the maintenance decision optimization of equipment multi-component systems, the degradation dependence between the components is analyzed and the continuous degradation process of the system is discretized into a finite state space, and the steady-state probability distribution function of the system is calculated. Based on this, a maintenance decision optimization model is established to maximize the system availability in long-term operation, the improved artificial bee colony algorithm is utilized to determine the opportunistic and preventive maintenance thresholds of the system and the optimal inspection period. Finally, an example is provided to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.

Key words: degradation dependence, multi-component system, availability
